How much does delivery cost?

Nothing. Delivery is free and tracked on every order to a US address, with no minimum spend. Orders over $150 are delivered with a signature, so a missing parcel can be claimed.

How long does delivery take?

3–5 business days after dispatch to most US addresses, and 5–8 to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Large appliances on a two-person service add one to two business days, and we agree the day with you first.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its packaging. If it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we pay the return. If you have changed your mind, the return shipping is yours, and we tell you the cost before anything is booked.

Is the price the final price?

Prices exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Delivery adds nothing.
